Track Your AceMercury Order – Real-Time Shipping Updates
We partner with AfterShip, a trusted global tracking platform that supports over 1,000 couriers worldwide, including Cainiao, Singapore Post, UPS, FedEx, and many more. Whether your item is in transit or out for delivery, you can follow every step of your parcel’s journey – from dispatch to doorstep.
Some budget shipping methods may not include full tracking. You’ll still be notified when your order ships and delivers.
How to Track Your Shipment
- ● After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from AceMercury titled “Thanks for shopping at AceMercury! Your order is confirmed.” This email includes your Order Number (e.g. #19612), which you can use it to track your order.
- ● When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive our next email titled “Good news! Your order <number> is in transit” with your Tracking Number and shipping status. Check your inbox or spam folder for this shipping email update.
- ● Note: Tracking will only be available after your order is shipped out. You won’t be able to track your parcel just yet.
- ● Besides the Order Number, you can also use the Tracking Number to track your order.
- ● To track your order, visit: https://acemercury.aftership.com/tracking
- ● You can use either of the following two methods:
Order Number Tab (default):
Enter your AceMercury Order Number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.
Tracking Number Tab:
Enter your Tracking Number from the shipping email we sent to you.
- ● Then click Track to view the latest shipping status and estimated delivery date.
Note: Your tracking information is kept private and secure.
What You’ll See When Tracking
- ● Real-time delivery status updates (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
- ● Current shipping location and checkpoint logs
- ● Estimated delivery date (if available)
- ● Shipment history and timeline

When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders arrive within 8 to 16 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:
- ● Free or paid shipping method
- ● Product type and stock location
- ● Destination and courier service
- ● Carrier performance and customs clearance
Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch. We appreciate your patience and are here to help if you need assistance.
