We made our user interface navigation on this website easy, intuitive, not cluttered and not confusing for a pleasant customer’s online shopping experience.
By using the following navigation aids, you will be able to find your desired products.
Live Search
Take advantage of the powerful live search text box at the top bar of any page. Search for your desired products by entering the partial or full keyword into the search box “Type keyword for result dropdown list”.
As you type a word, a list of relevant search results will start to appear in the dropdown list below as you type, showing the relevant product categories and products.
The more keywords you type, the more specific and less products you will get in the search results drop-down page. The less keywords, the search results will be more general and more product categories and products will show up.
When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product category or product in the dropdown list for more information.
Product Menus
The product menus let you easily find the products that you want. On mobile devices, they are on the pop-up side bar. On desktops and laptops, you can find them on the top bar of the website.

You can also search for products by clicking on the tags that are shown on each product.
The tag is a keyword that groups similar products, just like a product category.

How do I submit a product review for approval?
There is a product review section on every product page where you can comment and submit your review.
To guard against spams, scams and offensive remarks, your submitted comments will be reviewed by us first before being approved.
Scroll down to the Customer Reviews section and click on “Write a review”.
To submit your review, you need to input your name and email address and write your review. Next, give your star rating from one (worst) to five (best).
When your review is approved, it will appear in that review section.
Offensive, scam and spam comments will not be approved.
Can I save those products that I am interested in before I buy them?
Yes, you can save those products that you are interested before you buy them. Simply look for and click on the green heart icon, which is your Wishlist, to save your product.

To find your favourite products, simply search for the products you desired using our powerful live search text box at the top of every page. As you type your keywords, the live search text box will populate in real-time a list of product categories and products related to your keywords. This way, you can quickly find your products.
Or if you prefer, you can browse through the product categories and product types using the product menus at the top of your screen.
It’s easy to shop at AceMercury. Here’s the main processes to get your products:
After you have clicked/tapped on a product of interest at the main homepage (as shown below) or any product page, look through the product title, product description, price, product availability, item specifics, shipping and other relevant information.

Next, 1) select the types/variations (e.g. colour, product types, etc), 2) product quantity and then 3) click the Add to Cart button. It will then be automatically added to the shopping cart with the basket icon at the top right corner. A small pop up appears that lets you view your cart. Click/tap on the “View Cart” button to view and manage your cart. If not, close the small window.


You can shop for other products by browsing to other categories or products, or simply search for your products using the live search.
Once you are ready to purchase your products, click/tap on the shopping cart icon. At the Shopping Cart page (please refer to the screenshot below), review your products and their quantity to make sure that they are what you want to purchase. You can remove products not needed by clicking/tapping on “Remove item” link.
At the shipping section, click/tap on the Country/Region drop down menu and select Singapore. Note that only Singapore will appear in the drop down menu. Next, type “Singapore” at the “City” text field. It is a good practice to enter “Singapore” in the City field to cover all shipping methods’ requirements. Next, enter your Singapore postal code where your products will be delivered to, in the six digit format, e.g. 560106.
Please note: Unfortunately, we only sell products to customers in Singapore and not to other countries.
Click/tap on the “Check delivery options” button to view your shipping methods available.
Please note: As shipping methods are real-time and dynamic in nature, if you see this message “Shipping is not available for this product currently. Please remove this product from your cart. You may want to find a replacement product.”, it means that this product has no shipping method available to ship it to Singapore at this moment. Please remove the product from your Shopping Cart and you may want to find a replacement product. Contact us if you have any query.
Once done, click/tap on “Proceed to Checkout” link to go to the Checkout page.

Our checkout process is designed to be fast, secure, and user-friendly. To begin, simply fill in your billing details, including your name, email address, street address, and postal code. These details ensure your order is delivered accurately and on time. If you’re a returning customer, you can also log in at the top of the page for a quicker checkout experience.
If you have a coupon code, there’s a field right at the top of the checkout page where you can apply it and enjoy instant savings. You also have the option to create an account for faster future purchases, or sign up for our mailing list to receive the latest updates and exclusive offers.
When it comes to payment methods, we offer flexibility and security. Singapore customers can use PayNow by scanning a QR code with their banking app, or choose to pay via the major credit or debit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover – all processed securely through Stripe.
Before placing your order, you’ll see an order summary on the right side of the page. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, you can tick the relevant box to provide those details. There’s also a section for order notes, where you can include any delivery instructions or special requests related to your purchase.
Once everything is filled out, review your details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Complete Payment with PayNow” button for using PayNow or “Place Order” button for using credit/debit card to finish. It’s that simple!

Once you’ve completed your checkout, you’ll be redirected to the order confirmation page, also known as the order details page as shown below. This page confirms that your order has been successfully placed and provides a summary of all important information related to your purchase.
At the top of the order details page, you’ll see your Order Number, Order Date, Total Amount, and the Payment Method used—whether it’s PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover. Be sure to take note of your Order Number, as you’ll need it if you wish to track your order, contact customer service, or review your purchase later.
Below that, the Order Details section will list each product you purchased, along with its selected variations (e.g. colour or size), quantity, and subtotal. You’ll also find your shipping method here—for example, Cainiao Standard Shipping with estimated delivery time—so you know when to expect your item.
The Billing Address and Shipping Address are also displayed clearly, ensuring everything has been entered correctly. If you spot any issues, please reach out to our support team immediately with your order number so we can help.
The order details page acts as your official purchase receipt, and a copy of this information is also emailed to you. If you’ve created an account, you can view your order history at any time under My Account.

How do I securely pay for my products online at the Checkout page?
At the Checkout page, you can securely pay online using PayNow QR code and major credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.
We are using Stripe as the secured payment gateway.
At the Checkout page, fill up your billing and shipping details such as your first name, last name/surname, shipping address, email address.
If your billing and shipping information are different, fill up the details for both billing and shipping information. Only tick the “Ship to a different address?” check box if your billing details (name and address) are different from your shipping details. Otherwise, leave this checkbox unticked.
Tick the “Create an account?” check box to automatically create your AceMercury member account during checkout. Upon checkout, an email will be sent to your registered email address with information on your account details. Benefit with member offers, coupons and discounts as a member.
It is important that you enter any request that you may have on the delivery in the “Order notes” text box so that we can smoothly and efficiently deliver your products to your destination.
Check and ensure that your billing and shipping details are correctly entered and check that your products and their quantities are correctly shown.
Pay by PayNow
To pay via PayNow QR code, click/tap on the “PayNow” radio button. A “COMPLETE PAYMENT WITH PAYNOW” button will appear.
Agree and tick the Terms and Conditions check box and click/tap on the “COMPLETE PAYMENT WITH PAYNOW” button (as shown below).

A secured PayNow window (as shown below) will appear on the Checkout page.
Scan the QR code with your banking mobile app. If the QR code is on your mobile device the same for your banking app, you can also screenshot the QR code and pay with your banking app via the banking app’s photo library.

Pay by Credit and Debit Cards
To pay by credit/debit cards, click/tap on the radio button next to “Credit/Debit Cards”.
A credit/debit card section will appear for you to fill up your card details.
Once you have entered the correct card details, agree with the Terms and Conditions and click “Place Order”.
Pay by Google Pay
You can also pay via your Google Pay.
Pay quickly and securely with Google Pay using your saved cards.
Click the “Buy with GPay” button to conveniently pay.

Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipment. This time is in addition to the estimated delivery times mentioned above.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea or land) and the product’s weight/volume.
Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
I received “Shipping unavailable…” for a product during checkout. What should I do?
Sometimes, some products’ shipping methods are unavailable which happen on a real-time basis (such as during checkout) due to unforeseen reasons, such as product shipping issues, product clearance, processing issues, etc, which are beyond our control.
If you encounter such a shipping issue (as shown below), please do the following.
Click on your shopping cart icon which is on the top right corner of your screen.
Click on the “Remove item” link of the affected product in the shopping cart. The product will be removed from your cart.
Use the search text box or the product menus at the top of your screen to search or browse for your replacement products. If you could not find your desired product, do let us know so we can help you.

How to track my order?
We partner with AfterShip, a trusted global tracking platform that supports over 1,000 couriers worldwide, including Cainiao, Singapore Post, UPS, FedEx, and many more. Whether your item is in transit or out for delivery, you can follow every step of your parcel’s journey – from dispatch to doorstep.
Some budget shipping methods may not include full tracking. You’ll still be notified when your order ships and delivers.
How to Track Your Shipment
- ● After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from AceMercury titled “Thanks for shopping at AceMercury! Your order is confirmed.” This email includes your Order Number (e.g. #19612), which you can use it to track your order.
- ● When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive our next email titled “Good news! Your order <number> is in transit” with your Tracking Number and shipping status. Check your inbox or spam folder for this shipping email update.
- ● Note: Tracking will only be available after your order is shipped out. You won’t be able to track your parcel just yet.
- ● Besides the Order Number, you can also use the Tracking Number to track your order.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders arrive within 8 to 16 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been processed for shipping. Once packaging and shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Can I request for a refund?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund or reshipment if:

Refunds will not be issued if:
- ● The delivery failure was due to incorrect shipping details provided

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) ends. Requests can be submitted via our Contact Us page.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Can I request for a product exchange?
If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., size or colour variant), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be pre-authorised.
Do not return any items without receiving return instructions from us.

If you find that the strap on your new watch is too long and you want to adjust the watch band yourself, you can easily adjust it to fit your wrist. Here’s a simple guide to help you:

For Metal Watch Bands (Link Removal):
Tools You’ll Need:
- ● Pin removal tool (can be purchased separately from our store)
- ● Small hammer (optional)
- ● A steady surface (like a soft cloth or small mat)
Instructions:
- ● Place your watch on a flat, padded surface to prevent scratches
- ● Look for the small pins holding the links together (usually on the back of the band)
- ● Use the pin removal tool to push the pin out from the link. You may need to gently tap the tool with a hammer if the pin is tight
- ● Once the pin is removed, remove the desired number of links and reinsert the pin
- ● Test the fit. If necessary, remove or add more links until it’s comfortable
For Leather and Silicone Bands:
Tools You’ll Need:
- ● Scissors or a sharp utility knife
- ● Hole punch (for leather bands)
Instructions:
- ● Mark where you want the strap to be shortened
- ● For silicone bands, simply trim the strap with scissors at the marked point
