Many of our products come with free shipping by default, even if their price is below S$30. Whether you are purchasing a wallet, plush toy, or sunglasses, selected items are eligible for free shipping without the need for a minimum spend.

Spend S$30 or More – Get Free Shipping Sitewide

When your total cart value reaches S$30 or more, your entire order qualifies for free shipping. No codes or additional steps are required; the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Orders above S$30 are shipped with tracked standard shipping, and tracking details will be provided once your items are dispatched.

Paid Shipping Options

For some items or smaller orders under S$30, a small shipping fee may apply. We strive to keep shipping rates low and transparent for our customers.

Delivery times for paid shipping may vary depending on the shipping method and courier used. Tracked paid shipping are generally faster than free shipping, though some options may arrive slightly faster or take a little longer depending on courier performance and location.

All paid shipping options include tracking, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Please note that delivery times for both free and paid shipping are estimates and may vary due to factors such as the product type, warehouse location, shipping provider performance, customs clearance, or peak season demand. While we strive for prompt and smooth delivery, some external delays may occasionally occur.

You can enjoy significant savings on shipping fees by using our free shipping offer for orders over S$30. In addition, we do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST), so those savings are passed directly to you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in Singapore.

Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipment. This time is in addition to the estimated delivery times mentioned above.

Tracking Information

Easily check the real-time delivery status of your purchase using the tracking number or order number provided in the emails we sent to you.

We partner with AfterShip, a trusted global tracking platform that supports over 1,000 couriers worldwide, including Cainiao, Singapore Post, UPS, FedEx, and many more. Whether your item is in transit or out for delivery, you can follow every step of your parcel’s journey — from dispatch to doorstep.

Some budget shipping methods may not include full tracking. You’ll still be notified when your order ships and delivers.

How to Track Your Shipment

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from AceMercury titled “Thanks for shopping at AceMercury! Your order is confirmed.” This email includes your Order Number (e.g. #19612), which you can use it to track your order.
  • When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive another email titled “Good news! Your order <number> is in transit” with your tracking number and shipping status. Check your inbox or spam folder for this shipping email update. Besides the Order Number, you can also use this Tracking Number to track your order.
  • To track your order, visit: https://acemercury.aftership.com/tracking
  • You can use either of the two methods:

Order Number Tab (default):
Enter your AceMercury Order Number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.

Tracking Number Tab:
Paste your tracking number from the shipping email we sent to you.

  • Then click Track to view the latest shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Note: Your tracking information is kept private and secure.

What You’ll See When Tracking

  • Real-time delivery status updates (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
  • Current shipping location and checkpoint logs
  • Estimated delivery date (if available)
  • Shipment history and timeline

Please note that due to logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping, and tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method. For instance, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
