Free shipping typically includes basic tracking, although tracking detail may vary depending on the courier and shipping method used.

Spend S$30 or More – Get Free Shipping Sitewide

When your total cart value reaches S$30 or more, your entire order qualifies for free shipping. No codes or additional steps are required; the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for free shipping on orders S$30 and above: 8 to 16 business days.

Orders above S$30 are shipped with tracked standard shipping, and tracking details will be provided once your items are dispatched.

This is a cost-effective way to enjoy savings while shopping across categories such as fashion accessories, home items, and gifts.

Paid Shipping Options

For some items or smaller orders under S$30, a small shipping fee may apply. We strive to keep shipping rates low and transparent for our customers.

Delivery times for paid shipping may vary depending on the shipping method and courier used. In most cases, tracked standard shipping takes approximately 8 to 14 business days, though some options may arrive slightly faster or take a little longer depending on courier performance and location.

All paid shipping options include tracking, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Please note that delivery times for both free and paid shipping are estimates and may vary due to factors such as the product type, warehouse location, shipping provider performance, customs clearance, or peak season demand. While we strive for prompt and smooth delivery, some external delays may occasionally occur.

You can enjoy significant savings on shipping fees by using our free shipping offer for orders over S$30. In addition, we do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST), so those savings are passed directly to you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in Singapore.

Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipment. This time is in addition to the estimated delivery times mentioned above.

Tracking Information

We partner with AfterShip, a trusted global tracking platform that supports over 1,000 couriers worldwide, including Cainiao, Singapore Post, UPS, FedEx, and many more. Whether your item is in transit or out for delivery, you can follow every step of your parcel’s journey - from dispatch to doorstep.

Some budget shipping methods may not include full tracking. You’ll still be notified when your order ships and delivers.

How to Track Your Shipment

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from AceMercury titled “Thanks for shopping at AceMercury! Your order is confirmed.” This email includes your Order Number (e.g. #19612), which you can use it to track your order.

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive our next email titled “Good news! Your order is in transit” with your Tracking Number and shipping status. Check your inbox or spam folder for this shipping email update.

Note: Tracking will only be available after your order is shipped out. You won’t be able to track your parcel just yet.

Besides the Order Number, you can also use the Tracking Number to track your order.

You can use either of the following two methods:

• ● Tracking Number Tab: Enter your Tracking Number from the shipping email we sent to you.

Then click Track to view the latest shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Note: Your tracking information is kept private and secure.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Most orders arrive within 8 to 16 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:

Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch. We appreciate your patience and are here to help if you need assistance.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been processed for shipping. Once packaging and shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@acemercury.com.sg.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund or reshipment if:

• ● You did not receive your order within 45 calendar days (excluding 2–5 days for processing)
• ● You received the wrong item
• ● You no longer want the item (must be unused and returned at your own expense)

Refunds will not be issued if:

• ● The delivery failure was due to incorrect shipping details provided
• ● The delay was due to exceptional events outside our control (e.g., customs delays, weather disruptions)

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) ends. Requests can be submitted via our Contact Us page or emailing us at support@acemercury.com.sg.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., size or colour variant), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be pre-authorised.

Do not return any items without receiving return instructions from us.
