Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been processed for shipping. Once packaging and shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- ● You did not receive your order within 45 calendar days (excluding 2–5 days for processing)
- ● You received the wrong item
- ● You no longer want the item (must be unused and returned at your own expense)
Refunds will not be issued if:
- ● The delivery failure was due to incorrect shipping details provided
- ● The delay was due to exceptional events outside our control (e.g., customs delays, weather disruptions)
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) ends. Requests can be submitted via our Contact Us page.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., size or colour variant), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be pre-authorised.
Do not return any items without receiving return instructions from us.
